Elizabeth was honoured posthumously yesterday evening with the Norma Zarky Award for her HIV/AIDS philanthropy at the 2011 Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards. Elizabeth’s granddaughter, Naomi Wilding, accepted the award on behalf of her late grandmother at the ceremony held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

    Hi Andy! I recall a wonderful television special, Elizabeth Taylor in London from 1963. I believe that it was filmed shortly after The VIPs. Elizabeth toured landmarks in London and recited poetry. I believe that she was dressed by Givenchy. The program was superb and Elizabeth looked magnificent!! I do not believe that it is available on DVD.
